Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
We work with reliable shipping providers such as DHL, DPD, and Deutsche Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information where available.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once your order is handed over to the shipping provider.
If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@monochunkz.com. Include your order number and, in the case of damage, photos of the package and contents.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
If we begin shipping to non-EU countries in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, or taxes in their country of residence.
