Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — received the goods.

Pre-Launch Card Refund Policy

  • All pre-launch cards are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
  • If MONO CHUNKZ does not launch within 6 months of your purchase and your perks are never activated, we will issue a full refund at any time.
  • Once the product line has launched and perks are available, pre-launch cards become non-refundable, since gift card value and discounts are immediately active.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Products that are opened, used, or no longer sealed cannot be returned
  • Pet food and snacks are excluded from return if opened, for hygiene and safety reasons

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days
  • The refund will be made to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your returned item is used, opened, damaged, or incomplete, no refund will be issued.
